SUMMARY:It's Official! Beautiful Coronado Hosts 2026 Motor Cars on Main Street Sunday May 3
DESCRIPTION:The 37th Annual Motor Cars on Main Street event has been scheduled for Sunday May 3.  LCOC is planning a great weekend of car fun to celebrate the event and all are invited to attend.  Motor Cars on Main Street is one of the most popular vintage car events in greater San Diego\, as collector cars line the streets of historic Coronado\, forming a kaleidoscope of colors\, brands and styles with everything from classics to hot rods and customs included in the display. \nLast year several LCOC members joined with our own Marjo MIller and some Packard Club friends for lunch and tire kicking during the show. This year\, with the event established as an LCOC club activity\, we are encouraging more Lincolns and their owners to attend. We’ll pre-stage at the nearby Marriott Hotel\, Coronado\, 2000 2nd St.\, Coronado\, California\, at 6:30 a.m. Sunday so we can enter and park together. The show will extend over several streets near the Coronado Historical Society at 1100 Orange Ave. \nClick here to join your LCOC teammates and register for the event and copy Marjo when you sign up.  Registration is $60\, and includes a T-shirt for early registrants. Passengers and guests are free\, so be sure to bring your friends and family! We’ll have a great day at the show\, group lunch and fun on beautiful and historic Coronado Island. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nLast year\, from the moment the engines roared to life along Orange and Isabella Avenues\, the energy was contagious — amazing cars\, great music\, spontaneous dancing in the street\, and a crowd that brought downtown Coronado to life. The passion\, creativity\, and community spirit on display made this one of our favorite years yet. From beautifully restored classics to custom showstoppers\, every car told a story — and every guest was part of it. \nOrganizers were proud to host this beloved tradition in such a stunning setting\, just steps from the Pacific. Whether you were here for the cars\, the music\, the raffles\, or simply to stroll through one of Southern California’s most charming downtowns — thank you. \nWe can’t wait to see you again in 2026! \n  \n
