Registration is now open for the 2nd Annual Big 4 American Luxury Car Show and Picnic to be held September 8 at Laguna Niguel Regional Park. Open to any and all Lincolns, Cadillacs and Imperials as in last year’s inaugural event, this year the show will add Packards to the mix.
The 2018 show and picnic was a sell-out so this year the organizers have selected a larger shelter to enable more car owners and guests to attend. But you won’t want to delay your sign up for this very popular event because attendance is limited. The event is organized by the Southern California Imperial Owners, Inc. (SCIOI) assisted by LCOC, and So Cal Cadillac and Packard clubs. We will join in for a day filled with great tire kicking, good food, and getting to meet members from the local car clubs representing the Big 4 American Luxury brands. Our designated picnic shelter has lots of green grass and shade around it, and we encourage everyone to bring their folding chairs and tables to visit and eat lunch.

This year will be a Pot-Luck where each club is responsible for a different food item. Details of what each attendee will bring will be coordinated with attendees by each club organizer based on the final headcount within the following guidelines:
The SCIOI will bring the main course food items with enough food for 8 people.
LCOC – Salad and side dishes,
Cadillac and LaSalle Club SoCal – appetizers and drinks,
Packard clubs – desserts
There is a $5 pre-registration fee per person to attend and you can register either by mail (using the registration form below with check to Nannette Clark) or, if you wish to use a credit card, go to www.clcsocal.com, click on ‘Upcoming Events,’ and pay via CLC So Cal’s PayPal account (you don’t need a PayPal account). If you do pay online, please also send an email to Betsy Davenport at socaldavenports@gmail.com and provide the year/make/model car you plan to bring, food item, and contact number (preferably cellphone).
What to bring: An additional $5 for the park entrance fee (paid to the park), your name badges, lawn chairs/picnic tables, and your club designated food item.
Directions to the Park: FROM I-5 take the LA PAZ exit WEST. Go 4 miles to the Park entrance. Shelter #4 can be seen on your left from the entrance as you pay to enter. There is “NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE PARK” and “DOGS ON A 6 FOOT LEASH ARE OKAY.”
