As covered by the Los Angeles Daily News, the Los Angeles Auto Show included announcing the winners of the 2024 edition of the zero-emission vehicle awards program, known as the “Zevas.” This year’s winners were voted on by the public in October and November, choosing from more than 130 vehicles.

Globally, according to the L.A. Auto Show, “thousands of enthusiasts, influencers, and car buyers” voted and the Zevas winners were BMW i4 eDrive40, Hyundai IONIQ 5, Toyota Prius Prime, Lucid Air, Rivian R1S, Ford F-150 Lightning, Ferrari SF90 Stradale, and Volkswagen ID. Buzz.

Terri Toennies, president and chief operating officer of the LA Auto Show and AutoMobility LA, in a prepared statement said, “We are so grateful to our amazing community of car fans and L.A. Auto Show attendees who have again helped to make the Zevas a huge success this year.”

There are lots of other ways to get involved in the popular auto show. Ford is giving rides in its new Broncos on an off-road track. Tesla is showing off its new “cyberTAXI,” and is drawing a lot of attention. Or you can check out Volkswagen’s new ID.4 electric car, or stare at Chrysler’s concept car, “Halcyon.” And the L.A. Auto Show touts that Jeep is taking attendees “for a crazy off-road experience.”
