No sooner had the noisemakers and party hats been put aside from New Year’s Eve than LCOC members joined with the Rattys—-fellow ‘slabside’ ’60s Lincoln owners—-at a January meet-up and brunch at Heroes Grill in downtown Fullerton.
About 20 convertibles and sedans, customs and stock models rolled out into the sunshine for some tire kicking prior to a sumptuous breakfast, brunch or lunch inside the grill. The eclectic and period decor was the perfect backdrop for the yummy comfort food ranging from omelettes and French toast to pancakes and burgers. Numerous TV screens kept the sports vibe alive, while peanuts for all and sawdust on the floor added to the fun.
What a great way to start a new year and a new decade of Lincoln Life!
