Sneak Peak Into 2023 Shows Exciting Year Ahead for LCOC Western Region

The LCOC Western Region Board of Managers met on Dec. 6 to plan events and activities for the region in the coming year. A sneak peek at the preliminary calendar shows familiar favorites such as the Feb 26 Kickoff Car Show and Luncheon at the Lakewood Country Club, Huntington Beach Concours on June 4 and Big 4 Car Show and Luncheon on the docket.

But new events and greater geographical outreach are currently in the planning stage. Based on a policy adopted at the club’s annual meeting in October each board member will be responsible for planning at least one activity during the year. The event can be a simple meet-up, restaurant event, driving tour, museum or place of interest visit or another special activity.

The board plans another meeting in January to review available options after which the calendar will be published. Although pop-up events occur throughout the year, the basic calendar will offer a variety of large and small activities to enhance the car club and collector car experience for all our members. We look forward to seeing all of you and your vehicles in the near future. Meanwhile, if something of interest is happening in your area let us know about it. Contact us at with your feedback.
