On the eve of the Eastern National Meet being hosted by the Florida Region in Bradenton, we learned with deep sorrow that LCOC Member Glen Wirtanen has passed away. Glen had served on the LCOC board as Region Director from Florida Region and was on the organizing team for the Eastern National Meet May 2-6. Our deepest sympathies go to the Wirtanen Family, LCOC Florida Region Members, and friends. Please keep his family in your thoughts.
We also learned of the passing of long time LCOC Member Tom Ward (Colorado). Tom had served on LCOC board for many years as Treasurer and in various capacities on the board. Lastly he served as Director Emeritus for many years. Our deepest sympathies go to Jean, the Ward Family and friends. Please keep Jean and family in your thoughts. I am sure he showed up at the Pearly Gates in a pristine classic Lincoln!
