The weather is getting nippy and the leaves are falling throughout our vast LCOC Western Region. As the aromas of our family Thanksgiving feasts waft throughout our homes it is well worth taking a few moments to express gratitude for all the blessings in our lives.
First and foremost our Creator has “shed His grace on thee” for which we owe so much as well as thanks also to the men and women who came before us to forge the nation of plenty we all enjoy. Today, the Lincoln Highway wends from sea to shining sea with thousands of miles of open road to explore with our friends and family. For all this we are truly and humbly grateful.
Yes, our beautiful LIncolns and collector car hobby occupy a treasured space in out hearts; indeed, we have a love-hate thing with these truly remarkable, but often frustrating vehicles. Still, we wouldn’t trade a special ride, car show or event in the Lincolns with our loved ones for a pile of cash or bounty of great value.
Thank you from our Western Region Board of Managers for your help and support throughout the year. On this Thanksgiving Day, let us be grateful for adventures we have had together and those to come, for our friends and loved ones and for the joy of living each and every day.
