LCOC Western Region Elections to be Held in September

Biden versus Trump is not the only important election to be decided in 2020. During September all members of the LCOC Western Region are being asked to cast ballots for members of their Board of Managers. Four candidates are running for 3 open positions on the board. The top 3 vote-getters well serve 3-year terms beginning January 1, 2021. Statements from the 4 candidates pictured below will be on the ballots to aid in decision-making.

All members will receive a ballot by email or by US mail if no email address is available.  Members will be asked to complete their ballots and return them  either by email or US mail, whichever is applicable.  Instructions for returning the completed ballots will be on the ballots.

To ensure that only actual members vote, no ballots will be counted without members’ LCOC membership numbers at the top. The numbers can be found on the mailing label of members’ Continental Comments magazine or on the LCOC National website under the Members area at www.lcoc.org.

Our Board of Managers sets policy and determines the budget and activities for the region,  so serving is a big responsibility, as is your vote.  Please be be on the lookout for your ballot and return it by September 30th.

With the LCOC Western National Meet being scheduled for next May in Palm Springs next year’s Board of Managers will have a lot of fun activities to plan and execute. All of us are looking forward to returning to normal activities by then.
