Veterans Day Classic Car Show, Tustin, CA Canceled due to Air Quality Concerns From Blimp Hangar Fire

The destructive blimp hangar fire this week has raised concerns about air quality in the Tustin area and has resulted in the closure of several public parks and some buildings. Unfortunately, the Veterans Sports Park where the Nov, 11 Veterans Day Celebration and Car Show was scheduled was impacted by this decision and the event was canceled. Organizer Garrison De Vine. said the registration fee would be refunded back to registrants’ credit cards. Or, registrants may opt to donate the money to an appropriate veterans organization such as the VFW or many others. Garrison has reached out to those who signed up for the car show and will comply with their wishes on an individual basis. 

This event will be held on November 11th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Veterans Sports Park. The address is 1645 Valencia Avenue. This fun-filled day will include a ceremony to honor Veterans, speeches, live music, a beer garden, food trucks, and more.
